Beginner Guitarists

A much easier key for beginners is A Major, with chords: A, A7, B7, D, Dm, E7, F#m. (Capo on 2 if playing with the music video)

I can see you looking at F#m, and thinking... 😕, but there is an easier voicing you can try. You can even play F#m7 which is even easier.

Right-Handed:
F#m-V2 F#m7-V2

Left-Handed:
F#m-V2-LH F#m7-V2-LH

But wait... some of you may want to play in the key of B Major, but the chords seem out of reach especially for those of you that haven't learned the fine art of playing barre chords.

We have some voicings you may like to try which will take some getting used to, but if you're prepared to spend time learning these chords, the song becomes very achievable, and sounds so much nicer in the original key of B Major. 💕

Right-Handed:
C#7-V2 F#7-V2

Left-Handed:
C#7-V2-LH F#7-V2-LH

You'll find all the other chords in the charts above, and just in case you're not sure of an open voicing for B Major...
