🎸 Beginner Guitarists:

The hardest chord to play here is Bb/C. It does require a stretch, but there is a workaround:

Instead of using the tip of your index finger to play the first string, press on the string with the fleshy base 'part' of your finger. It seems a little strange at first, but as long as the string rings true, it's much easier to play the rest of the chord with your other fingers.

There is another voicing for Bb/C which is much easier to play. The Bb note on the 1st string sounds a little high, but you may like it.
Bb/C: C-Bb-D-F

G|---3--- ← Bb 1st
D|---3--- ← F 1st

If Bb/C is still too hard to play, simply play a Bb chord — it still sounds fine. For beginners unsure of Bb:

Make sure you summarize all the chords in the charts above, as you may not be familiar with all of them especially Fmaj7, which can be replaced with an 'F' chord if you prefer.

Dm can be replaced with Dm/C which is a Dm chord leading with the C bass note. This type of chord is commonly known as a slash chord. It does take some getting used to, but it's a handy chord to know.
