Arrangement Details:

  • Key Signature: A Minor - Relative to C Major - no sharps or flats
  • Time Signature: 4/4
  • Tempo: slow deliberate pace
  • Metronome: q = 64
  • Voice Range: E4 - F5
  • Beginner Guitarists: D/F# and C7/E are both very accessible chords. C7/E is especially easy — it’s just a standard C7 chord, but you strum all 6 strings instead of just 5.

There are 2 voicings for the D/F# chord. The easiest involves using your thumb stretching over the top of the neck and fret the low F# on the 6th string. With this voicing, you can play all 6 strings.

The second voicing is a simplified version using just the top four strings, making it a great alternative if you're not comfortable using your thumb yet.

If you find D/F# tricky due to the stretch, you can simply play a regular D chord instead — it will still sound fine.
  • 🎼 We’ve included sheet music for the first eight bars of the song, plus guitar tab for players who don’t read standard music notation.
